Lots of practice and training. We had a project of converting RMA's for our client. A lot of repetative actions but on thursday they did an awesome job of it and taking care of it all and triple checking their work so I bought the crew pizza. Twas once again... DELISH. sorry. No pics of the carnage for that day.. but here are some of the call center. Both with and without agents. We may be moving from this area to the next floor, but we'll see.
Agents hard at work
Jerry hard at work just like his agents.
On Friday we continued instruction and had a great time at it. Got the final portions of training situated. The agents quickly began absorbing the information. However I realized how freaking hungry I was. So Jerry ordered McD's for me. Yup McDonald's. Yum... sorta. Actually the food was quite good. The awesome part... apparently McD's delivers.
So for the final pic for the work week I give you my hero!
This is Beth. She has kindly brought me water three to four times a day to keep me hydrated and good to go.
I'll post pics of the weekend for you soon. =) Enjoy.

Dam they have better looking computers over there then we do...... Wait a minute. Did you say McDs delivers? I got to try that. We amaericans are so lazy and having them deliver will be like candy. The cool part I like is the rice. My kind of breakfast.
Dont forget to have fun for all of us.
